Oh my! The time is drawing nigh! We're so excited! Tiff had an unexpected trip to Detroit this week to attend a funeral and she arrived back in town today. She will be in town just long enough to repack her bags. We depart bright and early on Friday morning.
Each day we've been checking the web for updates on what to expect - weather, traffic, events, what to bring / not bring, etc. There's never been anything with the potential to be this big, so I'm not sure how accurate any of the info really is.
Tiff's sister has already arrived and is busy getting ready for the big day. She's an event planner and has shared some fantastic venues. Neither Tiff nor I are party animals, but we may have to break rank and let our hair down a bit for this historic occasion.
The plan is to share what's happening with us everyday. It ought to be the ride of a lifetime!
